The only commander that makes no sense to lead the stock list is Rukarumel: this is a really cool and open-ended commander that acts as an Arcane Adaptation in the command zone, but the thing is that Rukarumel herself is the only non-Sliver creature in the entire deck
Getting a Pokmon ex card out onto the table gives a player a serious advantage, as theyre a lot harder to knock out and present a much greater threat than a standard Pokmon card
Also, the Mono-White God makes for a strong Commander especially if you want an Aura or Equipment subtheme
